CA (Current Ability) represents a player's current skill on a scale of 1-100, calculated from 40+ attributes: technical (pace, finishing, passing), mental (decision, concentration), and physical (strength, agility). Consistent training improves attributes and consequently CA.

Matches advance when you press time-skip. A +1 day skip processes one matchday across all leagues in your save; bigger skips simulate as many matchdays as needed. Most national leagues run ~30 rounds per season.

Morale affects performance by ±10%. Wins, good training, and stability increase morale. Consecutive losses, selling key players, and internal conflicts decrease it. Keep it above 70 for good results.

You can choose a formation (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, etc.), playing style (Possession, Counter-Attack, High Press, Direct), and give individual instructions to each player. The right tactic for your squad is essential.

The Board sets the budget, establishes objectives, and evaluates your performance as manager. Repeatedly failing objectives can result in dismissal. Maintain a good relationship with the board to receive more funding.

Players can get injured during matches or training. The probability depends on age, physical condition, and training intensity. A good fitness coach reduces recovery time. Injured players cannot be fielded.

The engine considers: position-weighted CA, tactics and formation, team morale, specific attributes (striker finishing, defender tackling), physical condition, and home advantage.

Yes, but they are 100% optional and cosmetic. ManageFC has a Shop where you can buy cosmetic boxes with MFC Coin (free virtual currency) or with real payment. Nothing in the Shop gives competitive advantage — it is all cosmetic.

MFC Coin is ManageFC virtual currency. You can earn MFC by playing, completing missions and selling items on the marketplace. You can also buy MFC packages with real payment via Stripe if you want to accelerate your collection.

Boxes are items that, when opened, reveal random cosmetics of various rarities (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary). You can buy boxes in the Shop with MFC Coin. The Pity system ensures you are never unlucky indefinitely.

Cosmetics are visual items that personalize your club: Kit Skins, Stadium Skins, Profile Frames, Badges, Manager Titles and Eternal Cards. They are purely visual — they do not affect on-field performance.

The Inventory is your personal cosmetics collection. You can see all your items, equip skins on your club, and identify items to sell or trade. Access at /game/inventory.

The Marketplace lets you browse cosmetics for your saves. Manager-to-manager cosmetic trading is paused while we ship the single-player pivot — it returns with optional paid private leagues.

Yes! There are always 500+ free agents available, with no transfer costs. You only need to negotiate salary and contract duration. Look for young free agents with high PA — they're fantastic investments.

Value is calculated based on: current CA, PA (potential), age (youth worth more), position, and remaining contract. Updates automatically each week.

Yes! You can loan players for a season, including a purchase option. Ideal for young talents to get minutes they wouldn't get in your main squad.

The academy produces young players aged 15-17 that you can develop. Facility level (1-5) determines quality. A level 5 academy regularly produces players with 80+ potential.

In the Academy section, click "Promote to First Team". The player automatically receives all 40+ attributes based on CA and position, and is immediately available to train and play.

Youth players are generated at 15-17 years old. You can keep them in the academy until age 21, after which they must be promoted or released.

Absolutely! Academy players cost much less than buying from the market. A level 5 academy can save millions in transfers per season.
